Quick answers
- Do I need an account?
- No. LogLifted has no accounts and no sign-in. All your data stays on your device.
- Where is my data stored? Is it backed up?
- Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync, so export regularly:
Settings (gear icon) → Export Data saves a
.liftedfile you can keep in Files or iCloud Drive. Restore via Import Data. - The app crashed during a workout — did I lose my sets?
- No. The active workout is auto-saved after every set and restored when you reopen the app.
- How do I unlock Pro? Is it a subscription?
- Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Tap Pro on the Home screen (or when you reach a free-tier limit) to unlock unlimited exercises/templates/plans, per-exercise rest timers, hidden exercises, the 1RM percentage table, and approximate workout calories.
- I bought Pro but it isn't active.
- Open Settings → Restore Purchases, then reopen the app if it doesn't refresh immediately.
- Why does the app ask for Health access?
- Only to read your latest body weight (to estimate workout calories) and to save completed workouts to Apple Health. It is optional — the app works fully without it, and your Health data never leaves your device.
